三 | 农业最烧钱的几项——供暖、用肥、用电，它一项一项用工业的“废”来填。　　先看供暖和用肥。　　工业有三样头疼的东西：废热没处去，废气得花钱治，废料得找地儿倒。农业呢?正好缺三样：大棚要暖气，作物要二氧化碳，土地要肥料。　　两张单子一对，事情就变了。工业余热进大棚，一年省标煤1.3万吨。废气里的二氧化碳捕集起来，送进大棚当养料，一年降碳近两万吨。

四 | 养殖废弃物做成有机肥，回到地里接着用。　　表面看是做环保。实际上是把工业账本上的“支出”，挪到农业账上，变成了“收入”。工业觉得是麻烦，农业觉得是原材料。再看用电。

五 | 　　农业园里什么最多?屋顶、墙面、棚顶。过去这些地方，除了落灰，不产生任何价值。　　信发把它们全铺上了光伏板。兔舍屋顶发电，一年3012万度，自用还有富余。冷库更干脆，屋顶铺满，外墙也不闲着。

六 | 一年下来，冷库的电费账单变成了零元。　　所以，它没有去解决“电费贵”这个问题。它让“电费”这件事，直接消失了。

七 | 这在商业上，叫重构价值链，就是把成本拆开，往下一项一项算。　　但是，光伏发电有个毛病：看天吃饭。太阳大了，电用不完;阴天了，电又不够。可农业用电，一天不能停。　　怎么办?它建了一个微电网。

八 | 发多了，存起来;发少了，补进来。这里全年发电6661万度，用电7000万度。绿电自给率，达到95%以上。　　这里的逻辑，不是“每一刻都够用”，而是“全年统筹下来够用”。单点再强，不如系统稳。而系统的秘密，不在于新，而在于连。　　光伏板别人也有，余热利用不是新概念，二氧化碳施肥也不稀奇。它只是把这些散落的东西，放进一个系统里，让它们互相接住。　　你看，农业不只拼产量，还要拼成本。

九 | 这个农业园，看起来是在搞循环农业，实际上就干了一件事：把成本里能降的，一项一项都降下来。

十 | 成本压得足够低，利润才出得来。利润出得来，高端农业才不是一句空话。　　高端农业的创新，未必是发明新东西，而是把旧元素放进新系统。当你打破产业的边界，就会发现：一个领域的累赘，恰好是另一个领域的解药。真正的能耗成本归零，从来不是在旧账本上死抠每一分钱，而是站在系统的顶层，把过去的废物，重新定义为今天的资产。　　信发集团董事局主席张学信：我现在是零排放，我把这个烟囱里的气，把二氧化碳提出来，又放到每个大棚里。
